Transunion
African Shamanic Spirit Guide
The following paragraphs are from Carl's tape recording about his experiences as a medium. These recordings provided the foundation for the book about Carl's life: A Medium's Diary: Psychic Events in the Life of Rev. Carl R. Hewitt . These are Carl's own words:
"The energy that I use for psychic readings is the same energy I use for healings. It feels different only in that healing takes much more energy than reading.
Sometimes, when I'm in a deep trance, many spirits in the other dimension use my body and my chemistry to heal the people who come to me. A good example is a psychic development class I once held at the church. That night, I was teaching different techniques of healing. At the end of class, I was tired and ready to go home. But the voice of Spirit said, "Now we have to demonstrate healing." (Before, we were just discussing it.)
Nine different people came up to the chair, one at a time, to be healed. And for every person who came to the chair, a different entity superimposed its features over me.
The people in the class were standing back there with their mouths open. They could not believe it. At one point, they told me a black man, very tall in build, took over my body. They said that I looked almost a foot taller.
My understanding is that these entities were healers in the other dimension; on this occasion, a different one came forward to heal each person."
Sidney Schwartz wrote the next section, in his own words.
I was in attendance at this class, and witnessed this event. Carl was standing at the podium, and suddenly, Carl disappeared. All I could see was this tall black column that blocked Carl out. Even though the lights were very dim, I could see this dark column that was extremely tall, maybe at least a foot to 15 inches taller than Carl.
At the end of the class, Carl explained that the column I saw was one of his Spirit guides, an African shaman who assisted Carl during healing sessions.
Then, years later, on May 15, 2002, Hoyt Robinette held a precipitated art séance at Gifts of the Spirit Church. Carl Hewitt received a picture of his African Shaman Spirit Guide (the picture to the left).
One evening, I was doing energy identification (healing) and using the techniques I learned from Carl. Then, all of a sudden, a picture swooshed up and stopped right in front of my eyes. I couldn't miss it. I recognized the image of one of Carl's precipitated art cards, the one of the African shaman.
Carl had taught that when a medium passes into the Spirit World, the Spirits who worked through the medium often begin working with the students. This is the case with this African healer from the Watusi people, who now works through me. Therefore, I understood the significance of this shaman introducing himself so that I would recognize him and the reason for his presence. I've become very comfortable with his present as I am doing energy identification.
One day, I was talking to Susan St. Jean about the African shaman. She suddenly said that the shaman had told her his name was Transunion. Then she told me that Transunion, like many African and Native American shamans, was non-binary, being androgynous; they are both male and female.
I had read that shamans often wear feminine clothes if they have masculine bodies. They want to express both male and female energies as I understand it; having both energies increases the power of their energy because they're more like the divine energy –– having both male and female energy.
This conversation fragment occurred a week or two later between
Sidney Schwartz and Susan St. Jean
Sid: Â Sometimes, Transunion presents as masculine, and other times, Transunion is very feminine. She is presenting herself as quite feminine now. She wears a big white fur outfit, a white fur hat, and bright red lipstick. She reminds me of Marylin Monroe. Furthermore, I do not know why, but her skin tone is lighter.
Susan: I know why. Transunion emphasizes that she is non-binary, meaning there is no separation. She is demonstrating that she is both male and female, and she is both black and white. She presents herself as inclusive, so the two have no distinction. It is a blending of race and a blending of gender.
Sid: That makes sense.
Susan: The consciousness of Transunion is helping you "feel" into the energy instead of relying on your conscious (mental) identification.
Susan: It also goes back to the mindset that religions created. The Bible said that God disapproved of homosexuality and crossdressing. That unconscious mindset exists in many people, even those who are no longer religious. It is that conditioning, the egoic conditioning of the ego itself.
Sid: I will say the first time Transunion presented herself as a female in the Marylin Monroe image, I felt a difference in the energy. It felt softer and gentler.
Susan: As Transunion continues to work with you while you do energy work, it will shift. Some people seeking healing need Transunion's more masculine energy, while others require feminine energy. Spirit will specifically tailor the energy to the needs of the frequency signature of the person seeking healing. You will need to feel into the energy and allow it to flow.
This conversation fragment occurred two weeks later.
Sid: You mentioned I should stop focusing on trying to see Transunion and instead see her as a sphere of divine crystalline energy. The first time I did this, I was successful. I was looking for her as a sphere of light and sensing her, and then suddenly, boom, I saw him in the male form. I knew my mind insisted: "I want it my way." I told it to go away. I just found it so funny the mind wants what it wants!
Susan: That is funny. Can you elaborate on what feels differently energically?
Sid: It is like a rheostat, where you can adjust the amount of light in a room. There is a very slight difference. I can't say if it is higher or lower. It is just a difference coming from the right side. I feel s/he encompasses me.
Lately, when I start to do a healing, I center myself. I feel behind me, and I often feel Spirit there. Sometimes, I feel a hand on my shoulder; sometimes, I feel a lot of energy, but usually, it is very subtle. Then I say my affirmation, "I am divine crystalline energy. My client is divine crystalline energy. Transunion is divine crystalline energy. And the Spirit who have gathered are divine crystalline energy. We all merge in equality."
When the merge occurs, there is an increased sensation of energy in my hands –– the rheostat is turned up. I now do not focus on my hands, but I feel the energy all around my face, arms, and legs. When I put my hands on my client, then three or four seconds later, there is a definite shift once Spirit determines what needs to be done. And if I move my hands to a different position, it happens again. There is a slight delay, and then the energy is ramped up.
It seems to be working well. I have established a new pattern.
Susan: Good. Does it resonate? I am happy about the new pattern you are now using.
Transunion's Message about Androgyny
The same was true with Transunion who appeared to be male to Carl. Even in the precipitated art card that came through Hoyt Robinette, Transunion looks male but has some feminine features.
Transunion's gift to Sidney was to assist him in understanding androgyny. Again, for quite some time, Transunion seemed masculine to Sidney. Once the topic of androgyny surfaced, Transunion began appearing more and more feminine. In time, Sidney learned not to seek the physicality of Transunion when doing energy identification (healing) but to focus on Transunion's divine crystalline energy sphere.
The androgynous state is crucial because there's no divisive separation of gender, no separate divine masculine and divine feminine energy. The androgynous state is the stepping stone to merge with the ONE I AM.
Transunion's Evolution
Transunion, for human understanding, is a step below Awan. Transunion's androgyny has achieved the prerequisite for merging with the ONE I AM. Transunion will continue with Transunion's evolutionary process, and so will AWAN and Yeshua, but it's a different type of Evolution, which is what's being explained right now.
