Part of a minister’s job is to perform weddings. A bride came to Carl and asked him if he could marry her. Upon hearing this request, Carl’s mediumistic gift kicked in. He did not feel good about this marriage and told the bride his opinion. The bride looked crushed and heartbroken. She pleaded with Carl to perform the wedding. Carl acquiesced to the bride and agreed to marry the couple.

The wedding was to take place in the Gifts of the Spirit Church. When the bride arrived, Carl pulled her aside and asked her if she still wanted to go through with the ceremony. “There is still time to back out,” Carl reminded her. Again, the bride expressed her love for her fiancée and said she was sure about it.

The professional photographer arrived and began taking pictures of the bride and her bridesmaids. The ceremony started, Carl performed the wedding, and the photographer took his photos throughout the ceremony.

A few days later, there was a powerful knock at the door of Carl’s office. The photographer was there, and he was boiling mad. What goes on at this church of yours?” asked the photographer, in a very agitated voice.

“What do you mean?” Carl replied.

“You must have done something,” the photographer continued, “I have been taking pictures for over 15 years, and all of the pictures of this wedding are ruined. What did you do?”

Carl said, “Show me the pictures.” When he saw the picture, Carl was stunned. A clear “pillar of cloud” (biblical term) or ectoplasm surrounded the bride, as if to protect her.

About a month later, this mystery was solved. The husband enjoyed rough sex; he managed to beat his wife and break her arm in the process. Spirit wanted to protect the bride and surrounded her in ectoplasm. They knew the bride was in physical danger.

For legal reasons, I had to pixelate the faces of the people in this picture. However, I did not doctor the photo in any other way.
