Don’t Hide Your Light under a Bushel Basket
Opening Remarks
My friends, it is with great pleasure that I am here to speak with you today, as I have some observations to share that we hope will be helpful to you.
As you know, 2,000 years ago, the great teacher Jesus came to the world, and he taught many things. However, one of the things he taught was not to hide one’s light under a bushel basket [Matthew 5:15]. What did he mean by that?
The last time we spoke, I shared with you the teaching that you are the Burning Bush. You are the light. You are divine crystalline energy, and you should allow that light to be seen by everyone. What Jesus was talking about so many years ago was the fact that so many people forget that they are the light. And they often want to hide themselves. They want to keep themselves secret from people. They do not want to share their knowledge. They do not want to share what they know. They just want to live their lives undercover, is the word that I’m thinking of, but it’s not the right word, so that people won’t recognize them. And camouflage, that’s the word. Camouflage their light. Hide it from people. They don’t want to be bothered. What we are asking you to do is to set aside the idea of hiding what you know.
In the times you live in, in the days to come, people will be seeking answers. We do not want you to be hiding under a bushel basket, hiding your light. You are the light. The knowledge that you understand, the knowledge that you are learning at these sessions, is the light.
And it is the information that needs to be shared in the days to come. You are the Burning Bush. You are the light. You need not try to hide that. Allow your light to radiate out for all to see. And do not, as we have been saying for quite some time, do not be afraid that you will be put on the spot when someone asks you a question. For all you have to do is take a deep breath, fall back into the divine crystalline energy, and allow us to speak through you. Whether it’s through your mind or it’s directly coming out of your vocal cords, you begin to speak. And do not impede it. Just let it flow, for we have the answers that you need to share at the time.
And we can inspire you in many different ways. We can inspire you through thought, and you will repeat it. Alternatively, you can simply have the feeling that you need to start speaking and just begin. And we will put the words in your mouth, as is also written in the Bible [Exodus 4:15]. Therefore, we encourage you to allow this to happen.
When the instrument first learned how to go into trance, he would visualize going downward, down a dark staircase, going down into the basement. And he would go down, down, down, trying to attune to us. And he was successful in learning that way. But today, as he was changing his state of consciousness, he noticed that he was like in a spotlight. And the light was getting brighter and brighter, for we wanted to impress upon him so he would be able to know that this is the correct information to allow it to come out of his mouth.
That is what is happening. You are the divine light, divine crystalline light. It radiates. It is bright. It is brilliant. Don’t try to dim it. Don’t try to hide it. And that is what the great teacher was teaching 2,000 years ago. Not to hide your light, but to be a beacon, a lighthouse unto the world, as was told to me so many times in my lifetime.
You will be the lighthouse unto the world, radiating light into the dark, ignorant world. And people will come to you for answers. Do not be concerned. Do not be afraid. Just allow us to work through you.
You all can do this. You are all learning how to access your crystalline energy, which you are. But as you walk your physical life, you lose focus, unfortunately, on the fact that you are always divine energy. So it’s just a matter of switching your focus back to us, and we are there, and we will speak through you. I hope this will inspire you a little bit further.
I also hope that this will alleviate any concerns you may have about being put in the spotlight, just as this medium was when he was in the spotlight, going into this trance. He was not totally comfortable, but recognized that he needed to go with it, and he did. That’s what you also need to learn. You need to trust in the World of Spirit and need to know that you, too, are all mediums. You may not sit in front of people and demonstrate, but you can connect with Spirit and receive information, and share that information with others when needed. That is your divine right. It was your birthright. All people had this before religions put people into a state of unconsciousness and told them that the Gifts of the Spirit were a work of an evil one and that they should stay away from them at all costs. Everyone was doing it. They were all connected to Spirit at one point in time.
As I have been saying for many years now, we are approaching a point in time where everyone will be their own mediums, and everyone will be connected to the World of Spirit. I wanted to share that with you and re-highlight it so that you will be prepared in the days to come.
