Be Diligent in Your Practice
Opening Remarks
Good afternoon, my friends.
It is indeed a pleasure and an honor for me to speak with you again and address you for a few moments. It is with great pleasure that we observe you working to enhance your abilities to communicate with the World of Spirit.
We understand that it’s a lengthy and tedious process. It’s not something that can be done overnight. However, learning the piano is not something that can be accomplished overnight. It is something that requires practice, and so does learning to attune to the World of Spirit. For some people like myself, who used to be a medium, I was fortunate to be born with the gifts, so my practice was very different than what you are experiencing. I naturally heard and saw Spirit, and I had to learn when I could speak about what I was seeing, and when it was much wiser for me to keep it to myself. However, it is a process for all of us, regardless of whether we were born with the gifts, to learn how to handle and utilize them effectively.
We encourage you to sit in the energy as much as possible, to sit in the divine crystalline energy as we did today, even if it’s just for five minutes. Because through accessing this energy, you become familiar with how to get there. And in the days to come, being able to access the energy quickly and allowing us to speak through you to answer people’s questions when they come to you with concerns, is something that will be very valuable not only for yourself, but for the people you will help.
Therefore, we ask that you be diligent in your practice. We’re not asking you to sit for an hour a day or 15 minutes a day. However, the fact that you go in daily, even if it’s just for five minutes, builds rapport and establishes pathways to accessing your divine crystalline energy, thereby connecting to us. So, I hope you will consider continuing this and making it a daily practice, even if it’s just for a few minutes.

Closing Remarks
We would like to inform you that we spoke to the medium during the meditation, and next month we will continue with the last question, explaining it in much greater depth in the upcoming lecture.
We also want to encourage you again to practice going into the energy, even just for a few minutes. It is essential, especially at this time. We are grateful for the opportunity to speak with you and provide guidance, as well as answer any questions you may have.
It is a privilege for us to be able to do that, and we hope that our answers and guidance will help you and strengthen you to beam out your light even brighter into the world.
With that, I will leave you with my blessings and my peace.
So be it.
