Mr. Sidney Schwartz holds degrees in history and educational media. He resides in New Jersey, where he is a middle school librarian. He grew up on a chicken farm in upstate New York. Judaism played a major role during his formative years. His closest college friend introduced him to Rev. Carl Hewitt, a clairvoyant medium. During Sidneys first reading, Carl had knowledge of his future and past, giving specific details that no one else knew.
Several years later, Sidney was summoned to Carls office, because a Spirit entity wished to speak with him. To facilitate this communication, Carl went to a trance state, and Sidney had his first conversation with a powerful spirit entity who refused to reveal his true identity. The angel explained that previously people who spoke with angels always created new religions. Since he did not wish to be the inspiration for a new religion, he would not reveal his true identity, and would be addressed as AWAN, an acronym for Angel Without A Name.
From their first conversation, Awan challenged Sidneys religious beliefs. Awan dropped a "bomb- an enraging and perplexing statement. Catholic theologians repeatedly edited and changed the Bible. Sidney adamantly refused to believe anyone had altered the Torah. Awan challenged him to use his research skills as a librarian and examine early Bible editions, to disprove his statement.
